国际型海员思政教育浅议

Ideological and Political Education of International Seafarers

海上事故的发生与海员素质紧密相关,为了减少事故发生,提高海员工作效率,必须提高海员素质。通过分析海员面临的一些生活与工作中的问题,提出当前海员劳务输出中存在的症结,由此归纳出海员应当具备的十二类方面的综合素质能力,并针对这些要求,提出国际海员思想政治教育在理论与实践方面改进的建议。

The occurrence of marine accidents is closely related to the quality of seafarers. In order to reduce accidents and improve the efficiency of work of seafarers, we must improve the quality of seafarers. By analyzing some problems,seafarers have to face in their life and work, the paper points that the current seafarers exports is the crux, and summarizes the seafarers＇ 12 categories of the overall quality. In view of these requirements, it puts forward the ideological and political education of international seafarers in theory and practice.
