摘要
在安装空间有限的情况下,需要为某型舰炮的控制系统提供结构紧凑、性能稳定的中频逆变电源,而散热能力则是影响电源性能稳定的重要因素。本文首先采用热设计理论及经验公式对某型中频逆变电源内的2个大功率管(IGBT)进行了散热计算及分析,并给出了初步设计方案。在此基础上,采用Icepak4.0热分析软件对理论计算进行了校核,通过对初步方案进行优化设计,最终达到了预期设计要求。
In a situation of limited installation inverter power source that structure was compact and space, needing to provide the intermediate frequency performance was stable for the control system of some type of cannon. However heat-emanating capacity is a important factor that influenced the performance of production. In this article, heat-emanating analysis and calculation for two high-power transistors of one intermediate frequency inverter electrical source were done by thermal design theory and empirical formulae, and then it also elaborated the choice of material and model and calculation of all parameters for the radiator. Verification of theoretical calculations had finished with Icepak 4.0 thermal analysis software at last. Through carrying on the optimized design to initial scheme, simultaneously adopted the forced-air cooling, the design requirements had been met finally.
