摘要
舰艇结构表面为易腐蚀部位,并在腐蚀环境中形成穿孔,危及舰艇安全航行。在舰艇结构的腐蚀评估过程中,由于诸多因素具有较强的模糊性,很难积累有效的相关数据进行腐蚀评估。运用模糊决策理论,将传统的层次分析法扩展为模糊层次分析模型,并将其运用于舰艇结构腐蚀评估问题中,通过数量标度法建立模糊一致判断矩阵,对舰艇结构的腐蚀因素进行定量分析,在归一化约束条件下求得各因素的权重排序向量,明确各因素对装备腐蚀影响的相对重要性,并通过应用示例验证方法的可行性,为舰艇的腐蚀防护措施提供了理论依据。
The exterior of naval vessels' configuration can be corroded frequently,and this will bring perforation on the armor plate,even endanger the safety of naval vessels on a certain extent. In the process of corrosion evaluation on naval vessels' configuration, lots of factors are very fuzzy, so it's very difficult to accumulate effective data and make corrosion evaluation. Based on the fuzzy decision theory,the fuzzy analytical hierarchical process method was proposed, and then applied to the evaluation of corrosion degree on naval vessels' configuration. The fuzzy identical estimative matrix was constituted with numeral scalar quantity method, and the quantitative analysis on the corrosive factor of naval vessels' configuration was made, the weight compositor vector can be got under unitary condition. Then the relatively significance of those factors was confirmed. The example was used to verify its feasibility, and the theoretical support for naval vessels' corrosive protect was provided by this method.
