摘要
海上防空作战是海上舰艇编队遂行一切作战任务的重要保障,其作战过程可以分为近海支援防空作战、战斗机拦截作战、区域防空作战和末端防空作战。根据对海上防空作战过程的分析,可以分解出所需的各项作战能力:近海支援防空作战能力、战斗机拦截作战能力、区域防空作战能力和末端防空作战能力,从而建立完整的海上防空作战能力结构。针对每项作战能力的特点,设计相应的评估指标,如搜索跟踪类能力指标、指控类能力指标、制导火控类能力指标、命中毁伤类能力指标和电子自卫类能力指标等。
Maritime air defense is an important basis for the fleet, and its operational process include near land air defense, air war, zonal air defense and last-ditch air defense. According to the study of air defense operational process, many operational capabilities are presented. These capabilities include near land air defense capability, air war capability, zonal air defense capability and last-ditch air defense capability, which form a complete architecture of operational capability for maritime air defense. In order to evaluate every capability,a set of indexes are studied, such as searching and tracking indexes, command and control indexes, fire control and guiding indexes, hitting and destroying indexes, electronic defending indexes.
