应用酯酶同工酶分析法研究家蚕品种的亲缘关系

Study on the Pedigree Relationship among Silkworm Races by Means of Isoelectric-Focus Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (IEF-PAGE)

应用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦电泳法分析家蚕幼虫血液中酯酶同工酶，根据电泳结果所得酶带数及其扫描图计算出品种间的相似性系数，再用聚类分析方法绘出品种间亲缘关系树系图。

The esterase isozyme (EST) in the larval blood of ten optional races was investigated by means of IEF-PAGE and scanner.The results showed that there were significant differences among the zymograms of ten races and the similarity cofficients were calculated based on the zymograms.The cluster analysis was drawn according to the similarity cofficients.
