The technology of construction and application of hollow-core floor slab with GBF tube cast-in-place concrete was focused on by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction. It has many advantages, such as lightening the own weights, increasing the headroom, preserving heat and insulating sound, reducing construction cost and so on. The hollow-core floor slab of a library building was taken as an example, construction technologies and essentials of the technology were described, which include templates engineering, GBF tube installation, fixation, concrete placement and so on. That provides certain reference for the construction of homogeneous structures.
