摘要
通过对中成药退药处方共计1 296张,按退药原因进行统计,结果退药原因主要集中在不良反应、病人拒服或不要、医生开错、重复开方、禁忌症等11大类,具有一定的规律性。认为提高门诊诊疗质量,加强医患沟通,增强医务人员的责任心和业务技能,重视药物的不良反应及禁忌,可有效减少门诊退药情况,减少医患矛盾,更好地进行合理用药。
It makes statistics to 1 296 pieces of drug withdrawal recipe of Chinese patent medicine at reasons, the result shows that the reason centers on 11 types of side effect, patients refusing,doctors＇ mistaking prescription,repeated recipe and tabu symp-toms,etc. ,with definite rule. It views that it can effectively reduce the drug withdrawal and doctor-patient antimony,with better and reasonable drug use to improve clinic diagnosis and treatment, strengthen patient doctor communication, reinforcing medicalpersonnel＇s responsibility and skill,paying attention to drug side effect and tabu.
