RP-HPLC法测定心可舒片中葛根素的含量

Puerarin Content in Xinkeshu Tablets Measured by RP-HPLC

[目的]建立心可舒片中葛根素的HPLC含量测定方法。[方法]高效液相色谱法;色谱条件:ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18,柱温25摄氏;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(23∶77∶0.5);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长;250nm。[结果]葛根素在25ng^250ng范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=4663.9774X(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为102.34%,RSD=2.7197%(n=5)。[结论]本方法稳定、可靠、操作简便、快速、重现性好,可用于心可舒片葛根素的质量控制。

[Objective]Set up measurement method for measuring puerarin in Xinkeshu tablets with HPLC. [Method]HPLC,chromatogram：ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 ; column temperature： 25C degree; flow phase： methanol-water-phosphor（23 ： 77 ： 0. 5） ; flow speed：1. 0ml · min^-1 ;tested wave length：250nm. [Result] In the range of 25ng-250ng, puerarin has good linear relationship, with regress equation： Y= 4663. 9774X（r= 0. 9998）, the average pushing-sample reclaim rate is 102.34%, RSD=2. 7197 （n=5）[Conclusion]The method is stable, reliable, easy to operate, quick, with good repeat, can be used in quality control of pu erarin in Xinkeshu tablets.
