摘要
以茶皂素为非离子型表面活性剂,系统研究镍(Ⅱ)-二甲酚橙-茶皂素显色体系,结果表明,在非离子表面活性剂茶皂素存在下,显色反应的λmax=590nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.1×104mol-1·L·cm-1,镍浓度在0~2.0μg·ml-1范围内符合比耳定律。该方法用于水样中镍的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of Ni(Ⅱ) with xylenol orange and tea saponin was studied.In the presence of tea saponin,the apparent molar absorptivity of this reaction is 1 1×10 4 at 590 nm,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~2 0 μg·ml -1 .The reaction can be used to determine Ni(Ⅱ) in water sample.
