摘要
LVC(Liner Variable Contour)辊形是一种新型的辊形,已成功地应用在实际生产中,通过对LVC工作辊下机磨损辊形的研究,得到LVC辊形的磨损特点,并针对F4机架的磨损情况提出在轧制末期进行均匀窜辊的策略;建立LVC工作辊的磨损预报模型,并应用遗传算法求解模型参数的最优值,根据LVC工作辊下机后的实测磨损辊形与预测值的比较,说明此磨损预报模型具有较高的精度,可以应用于磨损辊形的在线预报。
Liner Variable Contour(LVC) is a new work roll contour and has been applied successfully in production. By research of the wear contour of LVC work roll the characteristics of LVC wear contour can be obtained. And the strategy of even shifting can be given according to the roll wear on fourth stand. A wear contour predication model was built and a genetic algorithm was used to calculate the best parameters. The practice indicated that this prediction model has good accuracy and can be used for the online predication of work roll wear.
