摘要
分析了生物质发电现状,针对某生物质电厂秸秆锅炉,进行了燃烧调整试验研究,考察了一次风、二次风、燃料性质和锅炉漏风对燃烧的影响。结果表明,加强燃烧中心区通风,协调一、二次风量,可降低锅炉不完全燃烧损失和排烟损失,提高锅炉效率;控制入厂燃料含土量与水分,减少杂物,可提高燃烧安全性;降低锅炉漏风量、调整锅炉配风、可保证锅炉正常运行。为生物质锅炉设计、改造和运行提供了参考。
This paper analyzed the actuality of biomass generate electricity. The combustion commissioning test of straw boiler was completed, reviewed the influence of primary air, secondary air, fuel character and boiler air leakage on combustion. The results show that enhancing draft of combustion center area, primary and secondary air coordination can reduce unburned loss and flue gas loss and increase the boiler efficiency; controlling the ash and moisture of fuel, reducing sundries can enhance the combustion security; reducing air leakage, adjusting the air distribution can ensure the trouble-free operation of boiler. It provided the reference to design, rebuild and operation of biomass boiler.
