摘要
超临界直流锅炉的给水控制系统较为复杂,影响因素繁多。为了使给水控制系统更为有效、可用,并且充分利用众多的实时测量数据,基于多传感器信息融合技术对水冷壁温度和煤质分析结果进行了数据融合,使融合信息参与直流锅炉的给水控制,提高了燃水比的调节品质,优化了给水控制方案。大大减少了直流锅炉渡膨胀期间由于省煤器入口给水流量低而导致的MFT事故,加强了直流锅炉运行的安全性、可靠性。
Feedwater control system of supercritical once-through boiler is complex and in-terfered by so many factors. In order to improve control system's efficiency and utilize on-line data, temperatures of water wall and analysis of coal are fused based on the multi-sensor information fusion, the fused information is used to improve the control quality of fuel/water and optimize the feed water control system in the supercritical once-through boiler, reduce the MFT incidents for the low feed water flow while water expanding in the oncethrough boiler, the operating reliability is strengthened.
