突出技术手段,创新装备检查模式

装备检查是长期以来形成的促进部队装备工作的重要手段,通过装备检查能够督促部队落实各项装备管理制度,提高部队科学管装能力,促进舰艇在航率和装备完好率的提高。文章从创新检查模式、树立服务意识、完善技术手段、采取具体措施四个方面论述了如何适应新的体制编制,更好的发挥装备检查的作用,并在舰艇装备技术检查的日常工作中做出了积极的尝试。

Equipment-check is an important measure formed since a long-term, which can superrise the army to carry out the equipment-managing system, raising ability and intact-rate. This paper expounds how to adapt the new programme, play the checking roles and make active attempt on marine equipments by creating model, setting up service-idea, perfecting technical measure and taking concrete.
