舰船柴油机技术状态评定综述

文章认为目前确定舰船柴油机技术状况的方法多种多样且各有自己的特点。一般来说,对某些失效,可用检测、监控法直接确定,对潜在的失效可先用维修信息统计法或模糊综合评判法初步确定,然后再利用检测法、监控法进一步确定下来。舰船上常采用3种方法来确定其技术状态。即参数诊断法,模糊综合评判法和维修信息统计法。在实际使用中,可以根据当时的条件和手段,灵活运用。如平时检修、确定机件故障可用参数诊断法,在厂修前进行技术咨询时,可采用模糊综合评判法,在各机件运行故障积累到一定数量之后,可以采用维修信息统计法等。

There are various ways to confirm the technical state of marine diesel engine with their own characteristics. Some of them can be checked and monitored directly, the other part of them can be confirmed firstly with maintaining informational statistics, then further checked and monitored. In practical use, three methods are often adopted including parameter diagnosis, blurring evaluation and the maintaining informational statistics. Different conditions demands different methods. For example, parameter diagnosis for routine check to mechanical parts; blurring evaluation for technical advice before overall repair and maintaining-informational statistics for some serious faults cumulated.
