基于模糊层次分析法的舰船装备承修单位承修能力评估

为了避免层次分析法中人的主观判断、偏好等对舰船装备承修单位承修能力评估结果的影响,提出了层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的承修能力评估方法。对舰船装备承修单位承修能力评价指标的构成、模糊层次分析方法、指标权重和隶属度的确定等进行了研究,建立了模糊层次分析评价的数学模型。并通过对5家承修单位承修能力的模糊综合评价,验证了运用模糊层次分析法进行承修能力评价的合理性与可靠性。

To avoid influences from subjective judgement and partiality of operators in blurring level analysis, this paper puts forward the evaluating method combining the level analysis and the comprehensive blurring evaluation. With research of standards forming, the blurring level analysis, confirming of standard-balance and subordinating degree, a mathmatical model is set up with blurring level analysis, which shows reasonability and reliability through evaluating to 5 units of war-ship repairing.
