摘要
运用模糊数学理论建立浙江省城市干旱多层次模糊综合评价模型,模型综合考虑了气象、城市供水、城市节水、城市抗旱非工程措施等影响城市干旱的因素,并以杭州市区为例进行实例评价,模型评价结果符合实际情况,可用于城市干旱的综合评判。
The comprehensive appraisal model of multi - level fuzzy for urban drought in Zhejiang is set up based on fuzzy mathematical theory, The model considers the factors of effecting urban drought such as meteorology, urban water supply, urban water saving and non-engineering measures for drought resistance etc. and makes an objective appraisal of Hangzhou. The appraisal result shows that it accords with the facts, So the method can be used for urban drought comprehensive appraisal.
