摘要 针对粮食储藏的安全监控问题,介绍了一种分布式无线粮情监测系统。系统采用分布式3层结构,以单片机为核心,使用单总线温度传感器DS18B20,对粮食温度、粮仓温湿度进行实时采集,并通过数传电台实现数据的无线传输。监测软件基于Delphi语言开发,采用面向对象方法设计,通过类的继承和组合实现了对系统中硬件设备的实时控制和数据处理。介绍了系统的硬件构成和软件结构。本系统适用各种粮储仓型,具有稳定可靠、较强的可扩展性等优点。 Aiming at safety monitoring for the grain status, this paper proposes a distributive wireless monitoring system, which adopts a distributive three-tier architecture, a SCM( Single Chip Microcomputer), uses an 1-wire-bus temperature sensor DS18B20 and uses data radio transceivers for wireless data transmission. The system can detect the temperature and humidity of stored grain. The monitoring software, which is developed in Delphi language, uses OOD (Object-Oriented Design)technology and could enable real-time control and processing of devices used in the system through class inheritance and composition. We also discuss both hardware frame and software architecture in detail. The system is suitable for various kinds of grain depot, and the practice proves that it has good scalability, and is stable and reliable.
