摘要
绕管式换热器由于其结构紧凑、换热效率高而被广泛应用于空分和化肥等装置中,近年来通过国内科研、设计和制造单位的努力,该类设备已实现国产化。本文着重就大化肥低温甲醇洗单元绕管式换热器的发展情况和设计特点进行叙述。
The spiral tube heat exchanger has been widely used in air separator and chemical fertilizer plant due to its compact structure and high efficiency of heat exchanging. In recent years, this kind of equipment has been localized through the effort of domestic research and design institute and manufacturers. This article will describe the development and designing characteristics of spiral tube heat exchanger used in Rectisol unit of large chemical fertilizer plant.
