摘要
三聚氰胺装置中急冷塔频繁出现液位调节阀阀位全开而液位仍然很高的现象,针对这一现象产生的原因进行分析,介绍处理办法,提出相应的预防措施。
In melamine plant, it often occured that the level control valve of the quench tower was fully opened, yet the liquid level was still very high. Aimed at this phenomenon, the author analyzed the reasons, presented treating methods, and put forward relative preventing solutions.
