China's housing mortgage securities localization of obstacles and countermeasures

住房抵押贷款证券化(Mortgage-backed Securitization,简称MBS)的推行有许多现实意义。然而,目前我国MBS的进一步发展还存在一系列问题,文中就这些问题给出相应的建议,以促进我国住房抵押贷款证券化的进一步发展。

The implementation of Mortgage-backed Securitization has many practical implications.However,there are still some difficulties in the further development of MBS for the time being.This paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures on these problems.
