摘要
村镇银行作为支持地方经济发展的新兴力量,旨在培育健康、多元的竞争性农村金融市场体系,有效增强对农户、农村、农业的金融服务。文中着眼于我国村镇银行的市场准入,通过分析村镇银行市场准入的特殊性以及村镇银行准入的现状,剖析了村镇银行准入中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了几点对策建议。
As a new rising power for supporting the regional economy, the village bank is aimed at building a healthy, pluralistic competitive rural financial market system, in order to enhance the financial service for farmers, countryside and the agriculture. The article fixes eyes up- on market access of village bank, it begins with the particularities and present conditions of village hank in market access ,it goes on to analyze the main problems in the market access of village bank and then presents relevant tactics.
