Study on Ship Dynamic Monitoring System

在经济迅猛发展的今天,水路运输量与日俱增,运输任务日益繁重,水上交通安全的重要性日显重要。文中就船舶动态定位系统在港航管理部门的应用前景及实现方式进行简单分析,并希望通过船舶定位和信息交互来加强对航行船舶的安全监管,让港航管理更加规范、决策更加科学、工作更加高效。

The rapid development of economy has brought the increasing of waterway transportation volume and onerous transport task. Thus, safety water transportation has become more and more important. This paper carried on simple analysis to the application prospect and realizing way of ship dynamic monitoring system in port and transportation management departments. Meanwhile, the paper hoped to strengthen the safety supervision of underway ships through ship positioning and information interaction, making the port and transportation management more standard, the decision more scientific and the work more efficient.
