摘要
文章是对核电厂应急操作规程复杂度评估方法的一个研究,文中的一个创新点在于引入了熵的概念,使得评估结果得以量化。通过一、二阶熵的不同物理意义,把操作规程转化为对应的图形,通过计算相应图形的一、二阶熵来确定5个复杂度因子。而且,这种评估方法经历了一个不断发展的过程,从只包含3个因子的步骤复杂度(SC)计算方法,到考虑认知因素的任务复杂度(TACOM)计算方法,它本身就是一个不断完善的过程。同时对比了国内核电站的一个操作规程的实例与国外相似规程的结果,计算结果不仅证明了ACOM方法的普适性,还发现了2个规程一些共性的东西,对于核电厂应急操作规程的使用和编写有着实际的指导意义。
The paper is a study on the complexity measure assessment method of the emergency operating procedures (EOPs)for nuclear power plant(NPP),its innovation lies in to introduce the concept of entropy.so as to make the assessment result to be quantized.Through the different physical sense of first, second order entropy, the operating procedures are transformed to the corresponding graphs,and through the ealeulation of first,second order entropy of the corresponding graphs,the five complexity factors are determined,And also,this kind of assessment method undergoes an unceasingly developing process,from the calculation method of step complexity(SC)only including three factors,to the calculation method of task complexity (TACOM)eonsidering cognitive factors. In this study the comparisons between the results from the chinese NPP and that from an overseas NPP are conducted,which not only prove the universality of TACOM method,but also fred some common characters between the two procedures.
