The status of water-utilizing and-saving in shendong cogeneration power plant was introduced.A lot of water-saving techniques and measures were implemented according to the systems related,for example,to adopt direct air-cooling unit,regeneration of cation exchange resin with sulfuric acid,recovery use of waste water.dry ash removal etc.techniques.thus the amount of make-up water and waste water dischange were reduced effectively.
