摘要 本文以大豆“晋豆1号”幼苗为材料,采用溶液培养的方法,研究了硝酸镧(La(NO3)3)对大豆幼苗盐害的缓解效应及其生理生化反应。结果表明:一定浓度的la(NO3)3处理可促进一定盐胁迫下大豆幼苗的生长,使其干物质产量增加,叶面积增大,增强保护酶系统活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量及膜相对透性,使游离脯氨酸含量增加,提高叶片光合速率,增强了幼苗对盐渍环境的抵抗能力。 La(NO 3) 3 were used on soybean seedlings by means of water culture to study their alleviating effects of salt injury and its physiological and biochemical reactions The result were as follows: La(NO 3) 3 promoted the growth of soybean seedlings under certain salt stress,increased the amount of physical products ,extended the area of trifoliate leaves.La(NO 3) 3 promoted the activities of SOD、POD and CAT which belong to the enzyme system for membrance protectionof soybean seedling sunder certain salt stress,decreased the content of MDA producted by lipid peroxidation,The relative permeabilisty of cell membrance was lower than usual.La(NO 3) 3 increaseed the content of free proline acid of root and leaf under certain salt stress and promoted the photosynthetic rate of seminal leaf of soybean seedlings,strengthen its ability of resistance to saline enviroment.The salt injury were alleviated.
