摘要
文章对现有的主要馈线自动化技术进行分析比较,提出了基于互通信功能FTU的馈线自动化改进方案,并介绍其在厦门城市配网中的应用实例及其效果。该改进方案实现了直接跳开故障点两侧断路器进行快速故障隔离的功能,进一步缩小了故障引起的停电范围,并将非故障区段恢复供电的时间缩短至秒级。在接有重要敏感负荷的配电环网上应用该技术,能显著提高供电可靠性,提升用户满意度。
This paper analyzed the main techniques of current Feeder Automation and compared their difference.A new improved FA scheme based on FTU with mutually communication function was introduced.The example of this scheme was launched on Xiamen urban distn'bution network.Through the implementation of this scheme, the fault will be isolated directly by the turnoff of adjacent switches, and the range of power cut area will be lessened compared with the current techniques,The recover time of none-fault area will be shortened into seconds.In the distribution loop -network connected with important power load, this improved scheme will improve the reliability of distribution network and customer's satisfaction.
