摘要
文章介绍CSM-Ⅰ型标准法飞灰含碳量在线检测装置的系统结构、测量原理、测量过程,其主要特点为测量精度高且不受煤种变化的影响。该装置在华能日照电厂投运后,运行人员能实时获得飞灰含碳量的测量数据及变化趋势,对燃烧运行的调整有了可靠的依据,有利于降低发电成本,提高机组运行的经济性。
The paper briefs the system configuration,measuring principle and measuring process of CSM -Ⅰ type standard method carbon content in fly ash on-line monitoring device,its main features are of high accuracy and free from the influence of variable coal rank.After this device was put into operation in Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant,the operators could obtain in real time the measured data and variation trends of carbon content in fly ash ,and had the reliable basis for the adjustment of combustion operation,being beneficial to reducing the power generation cost and raising the economics of unit operation.
