He-Ne激光对菘蓝幼苗SOD、CAT活性的影响

Effects of He-Ne laster on Phyiological activities of Isatis Tinctoria Var Seedlings

用不同剂量的Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光辐照菘蓝种子，并测定幼苗中可溶性蛋白质含量和超氧歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）的活性。结果表明，适宜剂量的Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光辐照能显著提高菘蓝幼苗的可溶性蛋白质含量与ＳＯＤ。

Isatis tinctoria Var.indigotica seedlings have been irradiated by He-Ne laser with different dosages.Then the content of soluble protein(SP),the activities of superoxidase(SOD)and catalase(CAT) in the seedlings have been determinated.The results showed that the content of SP,the activites of SOD and CAT all incresed when suitable dosages of He-Ne laser were provided.
