摘要
介绍了田集发电厂2台600MW超临界机组N600-24.2/566/566型汽轮机润滑油系统的调整试验,阐述了机组启动调试过程中出现的汽轮机润滑油压力低的检查、分析、调整试验及改进过程,通过调整试验,找到了解决润滑油压力低的改进措施,并反馈了改进后的效果。
The paper briefed the commissioning tests of lubricating oil systems of two 600 MW super critical pressure N600-24.2/ 566/566 type steam turbines in Tianji power plant.The lubricating oil pressure of steam turbines was comparatively low during the commissioning tests of units.The paper expounded the inspection,analysis,debugging and improvement process.Through debuggings,to carry out the type change retrofit of A.C.lubricating oil pumps and enlarge the nozzle of oil injector,the problem of low lubricating oil pressure was solved.
