摘要
本文基于在氨三乙酸活化下,锰(Ⅱ)对高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色的催化作用,建立了痕量锰的反相流动注射分析(rFIA)新方法。该法选择罗丹明B溶液的最大吸收波长555nm作为测定波长,方法的线性范围为0~180μg/L,检出限为5.5μg/L锰(Ⅱ),对20μg/L锰平行测定11次的相对标准偏差为1.5%,进样频率为36次/h。方法应用于水样、黄豆和标准铝合金样中痕量锰的测定。
A rapid catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace manganese based on manganese catalyzing decoloration reaction of rhodamin B with potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid has been established by reverse flow injection technique. The detecting wavelength was 555nm ,the linear range is 0_180ug/L and the detection limit is 5 5ug/L. The relative standard deviation is 1 5% obtained from 11 standard solution each containing20ug/L of manganese. 36 samples can be analysed per hour. The method was applied to the determination of manganese in nature water. Soybean and aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
