摘要
学习理论是认知心理学研究的主要内容,认知心理学采用信息加工的观点来解释学习,认为学习是一个主动加工信息和构建意义的过程;学习是认知结构中新旧知识的同化过程;认知策略直接影响学习效果;元认知实现着认知的自我意识和自我调节;认知动机指导着学生的学习活动,等等。认知心理学的学习理论对有效指导教与学的过程、提高教学质量具有重要意义。
Learning theory is the main content of cognitive psychological research. With the support of information processing, cognitive psychology believes that learning is a course of active information processing and meaning constructing. It is also a process of assimilation of new and old knowledge in the cognitive structure. Cognitive strategy directly influences the learning effect. Meta-cognition realizes self consciousness and self adjustment of cognition. Cognitive motive guides students' learning activities. The learning theory of cognitive psychology is of important significance in effectively guiding the process of teaching and learning and in improving teaching quality.
