摘要
设计制造了适于稻麦秸秆为材料的稻草切割机。本文阐述了该机的工作原理,验证了样机的技术性能,稻草的切割长度为3cm左右,生产率达200kg/h,比人工提高工效15倍以上,达到了设计要求。加工后稻草应用于食用菌栽培、稻草还田、饲料等。本机填补了江西稻草加工技术的空白。
The paper expounds the working principle of cutting straw machine. The results of technical performance test indicated that the machine fulfilled design reguirements. The length of the cutten straw is about 3 cm. The productivity is 200 kg/h and the ratio of working was improved 15 times above.
