摘要
针对江汉油区提高稠油油藏开发效果的需要,进行了室内试验研究。研制出新的表面活性剂体系,可降低稠油界面张力达70%,使稠油形成的水包油乳状液增加流度,改善稠油的渗流流变性,可提高原油采收率7.3%~16.9%。在室内模拟试验结果基础上编制出江汉油区丫角油田稠油开采矿场先导试验方案,预计产出与投入比为3.96:1,经济效益明显。
Aiming at the necessity for improving development effects of viscous oil reservoirs in Jianghan Oil Region,the authors conduct some laboratory experiments and researches. They develop a new surfactant system,which can decrease the interfacial tension of crude oil to 70%, increase the mobility of oil in water emulsion formed by crude oil , and improve the rheolgical characterization of viscous oil during filtering flow, thus enhancing oil recovery factor by the range from 7. 3% to 16. 9%. Besides, they work out a field pilot project for viscous oil exploitation in Yajiao Oilfield of Jianghan Oil Region on the basis of laboratory model- ing results,with the estimated input-output ratio of 1 to 3. 96.
