摘要 裸眼井措施管柱设计需要考虑管柱锚定、管柱强度、井壁保护、安全起出、大斜度井坐封,长裸眼均匀布酸、压后返排等7个方面的具体问题。在实践中对高压措施管柱、常压措施管柱和长井段水平井措施管柱三种裸眼井措施管柱的运用应掌握其技术要点,同时还要弄清K341型裸眼封隔器、KDB型水力锚、ZF94-SP水平井坐封工具和KTH-114配酸器等4种主要配套井下工具的性能及主要技术要求。 Designing measure pipe strings for open hole wells requires considering seven specific problems including pipe string anchoring, pipe string strength, borehole wall protection, safe raising, setting wells with big inclination, placing acid in long open holes evenly and back-discharge after being pressured. In practice, the authors suggest grasping the technical focus in applying measure pipe string with high-pressure, measure pipe string with regular- pressure and horizontal well measure pipe string in long well section. Also, they suggest making sure of the performanee and main technical requirements of four principal matched downhole tools including K341 open hole packer, KDB hydraulic anchor, ZF94-SP horizontal well setting tools and KTH-114 acid matching regulator.
