摘要
我国多数油田生产的原油为含蜡原油。管道输送含蜡原油会带来很多问题:减少管道的有效通流截面,增大输送压力,降低输送能力,严重时还可能堵塞管道。为了解决沉积蜡的问题,应从原油管道蜡沉积的危害,原油管道蜡沉积的测试,影响管道蜡沉积的因素,以及原油管道如何防蜡、脱蜡、清蜡等方面去进行研究。
Wax-bearing crude oil is produced in most oilfields in China. Wax deposition can lead to the decrease of effective inner diameter of pipeline, the increase of transport pressure, the decrease of capacity of pipeline, and even potential blockage. To solve the problems caused by wax deposition, such researches should be done as the harm, test and factors of wax deposition in crude oil pipeline as well as how to control wax, dewax and serape wax.
