摘要 统计显示,八面河油田注水套管损坏的表现形式有三种,即:变形、破裂和密封性破坏。造成套管损坏的主要原因有地质断层的影响、泥岩蠕变、泥岩吸水膨胀挤压套管、注入水冲刷腐蚀、固井质量差、井下作业影响等几个方面。预防套管损坏,除保证在钻井施工中的固井质量及科学规范地进行井下作业外,在生产中主要是采取一定的工艺措施保证使用安全和防止或减缓腐蚀。 The statistics shows that water injection casing damage in Bamianhe Oilfield has three manifestations, namely deformation, rupture and sealing damage. The main reasons for the casing damage include geological fault, shale creep and change, shale's extrusion on casings because of absorbing water and expansion, injected water washout and corrosion, bad cement job quality, influence of downhole service, and so on. Besides assuring cement job quality in drilling construction and sciemific and standardized downhole service, precautions against casing damage require taking certain technology measures to ensure employment safety and prevent or slow down corrosion.
