近年来,"土地征收"问题成为社会各界关注的热点,从中央到传媒、专家、学者再到城市市民都对"土地征收"表现出了空前的关心。不难看出,关心的背后各有其原因所在。然而,作为土地上的"主人"和"主角"的农民,由于地方政府行政权力的滥用,对此基本没有自己的主体地位,没有自己的话语权。针对此种现状,为切实维护农民自身的权益,可从政治组织创新、传媒等的亲民性及"土地征收"制度改革三个方面入手。

In the recent years, the issue about ＂levying of land＂ has been the focus which is paid close attention by people from all walks of life, and Central authority, mass media, legal experts, researchers and urban residents all show an unprecedented care about ＂levying of land＂. It＇s easy to see that there are various reasons after the care. Yet, because local government abused it＇s administrative power, farmers who are ＂master＂ and＂ leading roles＂ on the land basically have no their own principal position and speaking right . In viewing of this situation and in order to preserve the legitimate rights and interests of farmers. 1 think that we should bring forth new ideas in political organization, increase affinity of mass media and reform the system of＂ levying of land＂.
