摘要 我国历史名茶大多出自名山寺院,名茶产于名山寺院有着深厚的社会经济背景,包括具有相对充裕的土地、劳力以及稳定的消费需求条件。寺院与名茶相辅相成,经历了长期的发展过程,并形成了寺院名茶生产与生活的自身特点。由于寺院名茶的发展,从而对于寺院经济及其整个佛教事业都产生了积极而深远的影响。我国的寺院经济以丛林经济为主,名茶生产更为普遍以至于持续发展到今天的规模与水平,这一切是与寺院名茶生产的经济背景密切相关。 Most famous historical tea in our country was from famous fanes, of which there exists profound social economic background, such as enough land, labor and steady necessary consumption conditions. Fane and famous tea supplement each other. Famous sane tea has formed its productive and living characteristics through long development. Its improvement has brought about positive and profound effect to the sane economy and Buddhism. The temple economy in our country is mainly forest economy. Nowadays the widespread and continuous growth of the famous tea production is connected with the temple economy.
