摘要
分析了加热炉内污垢的成因,并对污垢进行定性和定量分析,针对加热炉内金属设备的腐蚀情况和污垢成份分析结果,研究出相应的弱酸性络合清洗剂、清洗缓蚀剂,设计出现场杀菌—弱酸性清洗—漂洗—钝化的清洗工序流程。
The reason of the scaling formed in the heating furnaces was analyzed. Qualitative and quantitative detections on the scaling sample contents were performed. Based on the corrosion condition in the heating furnaces and the analysis of the scaling sample contents, cleaning agents with chelation in weak acidic solution and corrosion inhibitors in chemical cleanout were excogitated. The cleaning working procedure that was sterilization -chemical cleaning- rinse -passivation was designed.
