摘要
目的研究黄连、乌梅、蜂胶对幽门螺杆菌的体外联合抗菌作用。方法应用棋盘法,以琼脂平板法测定两两组合的不同浓度中药提取物对Hp的最低抑菌浓度,计算部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数并判定联合效应。结果黄连与蜂胶联合应用后,其FIC指数为0.13(<0.5);黄连与乌梅联合应用后,其FIC指数为0.75(>0.5);乌梅与蜂胶联合应用后,其FIC指数为0.19(<0.5)。结论黄连与蜂胶联合应用及乌梅与蜂胶联合应用,对Hp表现为协同作用,且乌梅与蜂胶联合应用协同作用较强;黄连与乌梅联合应用对Hp表现为相加作用;3种中药之间均无拮抗作用。
Objective: To study the combined antibacterial activity of Coptis chinensis, Dark Plum Fruit and Bee Propolispro against Helieobacter pylori (Hp). Methods The protocol was designed by checkboard method. The MICs of Coptis chinensis, Dark Plum Fruit and Bee Propolispro, alone or in two- and- two combination against Hp were determined by agar plate method, and the FIC indexes was calculated for the evaluation of the combinod effects. Results When Coptis chinensis combined with Bee Propolispro, the FIC index was 0. 13 ( 〈 0.5) but was 0.75 ( 〉 0.5) when combined with Dark Plum Fruit; The FIC index was 0. 19 ( 〈 0. 5) when Dark Plum Fruit combined with Bee Propolispro. Conclusion Both Coptis chinensis in combination with Bee Propolispro or Dark Plum Fruit in combination with Bee Propolispro had synergistic action on Hp. with the latter showing more potent synergistic action. Coptis chinensis combined with Dark Plum Fruit Ceorgi had additivity against Hp. No antagonistic actions were noted in Coptis chinensis, Bee Propolispro and Dark Plum Fruit.
