摘要
针对目前蠕动泵步进电机控制系统普遍存在低速时噪音大的问题,从硬件和软件上设计了一套步进电机控制系统方案。实际应用表明,该系统有效地改善了电机低速时噪音大的缺点,并且调速实时性好、运行平稳、可靠性高;因此本文提出的设计方案具有一定的参考价值。
Asuit of stepping motor control system which is used for peristaltic pump is designed, in hardware and software ,to reduce the noises that stepping motor bring out at lower speed. The used results showed that the control system meliorate the disadvantage of higher noises that stepping motor bring out at lower speed, and good timing, working stablely, so,the series of design methods mentioned in the text have some reference meriL
