摘要
对在人参鉴别上应用 RAPD 方法的可行性进行了研究,结果首次在人参上获得 DNA 特异性扩增片段,而且在参试的两种人参上表现出明显的特异性主带差异。试验结果也呈现一定的重演性。因此,RAPD 方法应用于人参鉴别是可行的。
The study about feasibility applying RAPD to identify ginsengs(panax)was carried out.The specific RAPD fragments of ginsengs were obtained for first time.The spe- cific RAPD main band are different for the two kinds of ginsengs.Also the experiment per- formances certainly reappearance.Using the method of RAPD to identify different ginsengs is possible.
