摘要
分析企业成长中职业经理人引入的动因和主要障碍,认为:管理能力缺口是主要动因,信息不对称是主要障碍。通过引入管理能力和声誉资本两个变量,构建一个关系分析模型,对管理能力、声誉资本与企业引入职业经理人的关系进行了探讨。分析表明:企业对潜在经理人管理能力的判断及其声誉资本的预期,是决定企业是否引入职业经理人的关键因素,而经理人市场和社会信用体系的完善,有利于企业引入职业经理人。
This paper argues that the gap of managerial ability is the main motive, and the information asymmetry is the main barrier to introduce professional managers along with the growth of enterprises. Then the relationship among managerial ability, reputation capital and inviting professional manager is explored through a relationship analysis model. The results show that the firm's judgment of the managerial ability and the firm's expectation of the reputation capital of potential managers are determinants of whether a firm introduces professional managers or not, while an improved managerial market and social credit system will be beneficial for a firm to introduce professional managers.
