摘要
本文从以下几个方面评述了植物病原细菌无毒基因(avr)近年来最新的研究进展:avr基因间的 DNA 序列同源性、avrBs3基因家族、avrD 基因、avr 与 hrp 基因的关系及 Avr 蛋白的种类和生化功能。
In recent years,exciting advances have been made of studies on plant pathogenic bacteria avirulence genes(avr).The followings of avr genes were reviewed in this paper,DNA homology among them,a familiy of avrBs3,avrD,relationships between avr and hrp gene,and species and biochemical functions of Avr proteins.
