食菌蛭弧菌的分离鉴定初报 被引量:2

Primary Report on Isolation and Identification of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus

摘要 从鸡场三批鸡粪便的污水中,以鸡大肠杆菌 O_(50)新分离的鸡大肠杆菌和鸡白痢沙门氏菌作为被捕食菌,分离出二株食菌蛭弧菌,这些蛭弧菌在30℃中培养3~5d 出现蚀斑,以后蚀班面积逐渐扩大。用鸡白痢沙门氏菌作为被捕食菌分离到的食菌蛭弧菌,对鸡大肠杆菌 O_(50)及新分离的鸡大肠杆菌均有裂解作用。电镜观察证明,食菌蛭弧菌大小为300nm×120nm,有一根很长的鞭毛,并可见到食菌蛭弧菌粘附于被捕食菌上。 Two strains of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus,which could lyse to prey cells Escherichia coli and Salmonella pullorum were isolated from sewage of chichen excrement in chicken farm.After 3 to 5 days of incubation at 30℃,plagues of these pure strains appeared and the plagues gradually increased in size.The strain of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus,which is lytic to S.pullorum,also could lyse both E.coli O_(50)and initially isolated E.coli.From elec- tron microscopic observation,these strains were 300nm×120nm in size,and possessed a sin- gle long polar flagellum,in addition,prey cells were attached by Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus.
