摘要
我国政府机构的改革、政府职能的转变和社会结构的变迁为第三部门的发展创造了前所未有的机遇,有力地推动了第三部门在我国的发展。但是,诸如管理机构的不健全、规章制度的不完善、内部人控制和决策失灵等源自组织内部管理机制方面的问题始终困扰着我国第三部门的生存与发展。为促进第三部门组织内部管理的规范化与科学化,增强组织的生存与发展能力,我国第三部门组织必须结合自身的特点,从领导机制、监督机制、财务机制以及决策机制等方面采取积极的措施以完善组织内部管理机制。
In China the institutional reform, governmental function transfurmation and social restructuring not only create the unprecedented challenges for the development of the third sector, but also push its development. However, the problems in external management system including management structure, reles and regulations, inside control and policy -making always hinder the development of China's third sector. In order to promote the inside inner management, strengthen the abilities of existence and development of the organization, China's third sector need take positive measures to perfect its inside management system in terms of leader system, supervision system, financial system and policy - making system, etc.
