县域经济发展中的农业技术推广转化

The Agricultural Technology Publicity and Transformation in Developing the County-area Economy

加强农业技术推广转化,在科学发展观指导下发展县域经济,是解决"三农"问题,建设社会主义新农村的重要途径。目前,我国农业技术推广与成果转化已形成了省、市(地)、县、乡四级推广网络,但是农业技术推广转化存在些新情况、新的问题,为加强农业技术推广转化,促进县域经济发展,应制定一系列对策。

In order to enhance the agricultural technology transformation, the development of the county - area economy should solve the ＂three -agriculture＂ problems under the leadership of the View of the Sientific Development, which is closely related to the purpose of building the socialist new feral areas. Considering the curment network of implementing agricultural technology publicity and transformation at the provincial, muicipal, county and tounship levels, the paper presents some solutions to those problems.
