基于灰色关联分析下的黑龙江四煤城产业结构研究

A Study on the Industry Structure of Four Coal Cities in Heilongjiang Province Based on Grey Correlation Analysis Method

资源型城市面临资源的日益枯竭,必须进行产业转型,走可持续发展之路。鸡西、鹤岗、七台河、双鸭山是黑龙江省著名的煤炭资源型城,四煤城积极主动的进行产业转型,有成功也有教训,对此过程的评价也莫衷一是。灰色关联分析方法把四煤城看作一个综合的大系统,建立产业结构分析模型,对这四个城市的第一、二、三产业关联性进行分析,找出症结所在,得到产业调整的优化值,从而提出优化产业结构的对策,促进四煤城可持续发展。

Resource cities need carry out the industrial structure adjustment and realize sustainable development because the resource is descending day by day. Jixi, Hegang, Qitaihe, Shuangyashan are the famous coal resources cities in Heilongjiang Province, which take initial to carry out the industrial structure adjustment. They obtained successes as well as lessons in this process. The gray correlation analysis method regards Four Coals Cities as a comprehensive big system, focuses on the connections among three industries of these four cities on the basis of the industrial structure analysis model. The paper finds out the problems and comes up with the industrial adjustment optimized values. Through these methods it gives the solutions to optimizing industrial structure for the sustainable development of these Four Coal Cities.
