乳清碱性蛋白对骨代谢影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 牛乳碱性蛋白(Milk Basic Protein,MBP)是从牛奶乳清中分离出来的一组成分,是乳蛋白质的碱性部分。研究证实,MBP可直接作用于骨细胞,通过促进骨形成和抑制骨吸收作用,从而预防骨质疏松的发生;进一步的研究证实,MBP在骨骼模型重建的过程中起重要作用。本文概述3MBP对骨代谢影响的研究进展。
