摘要 果蔬复合保健饮料是一种新型饮料。该饮料采用了果汁、菜汁、药汁三汁的合理调配,起到了营养互相弥补、互相促进的作用。该饮料不但具有果蔬原有的天然风味,而且营养丰富,有一定保健疗效。本文就其生产工艺、最佳配方进行研究探讨,确定了可行的加工技术和合理配方。 This compound health beverage made from fruits and vegetables Juice is a newtype of drinking .In this bercerage,fruit juice , vegetable juice and drug extraction were rationally mixed .It has a function of mutual replenishment and coeffection of nutrition.It not only remains its original natural flavour,but also abundant in nutrition.It has health effect as well.The producing technology and the best prescription were studied in this paper. And then sutitable processing technology and rational prescription were decided.The correspondent quality standards of this product were also formulated.
